KM Confections is a return — to the craft, to the kitchen, and to you.

Our roots go back to 1991 with Penfield Patisserie, followed by Incredibly Edible Cookie Company and the Wedding Cake Boutique. For years, we shipped handcrafted cookies, brownies, and custom cakes to homes and businesses who trusted us with their most meaningful moments.

After some time away, I'm back — on a limited basis — doing what I love most. Every confection is made with precision, passion, and premium European butter, and chocolate including French Valrhona and Belgian Callebaut .
