We had two prior culinary businesses that were successfully established. One in the 1990s, the other from 2008 to December 2015. Penfield Patisserie, Incredibly Edible Cookie Company, and the Wedding Cake Boutique may sound familiar?

Following a period of rest, I am reintroducing my treats to the public on a limited basis. This decision was prompted by numerous requests to 'Come Back'.

In 2008 we started a cookie and brownie company that included corporate gifts. Where we shipped our morsels in custom packaging for an attorney firm, real estate brokerage, retail jewelers, event planner and private individuals.

Numerous requests were submitted to examine wedding cakes and pastry / sweets tables for their upcoming nuptials. This brought us great satisfaction, reflecting the acceptance of my product line after hours devoted to crafting.

Hence, my reappearance is on a limited basis. I am eager to immerse myself once more in the art of creation, hoping for your warm embrace upon our return.
